It’s Time to Treat Yourself - Public Mindfulness Sessions in Halstead and Sevenoaks

My sessions consist of a combination of guided meditations, gentle stretching and breathing exercises to help you relax, rejuvenate and find inner peace.  They are suitable for beginners as well as those already familiar with or practising mindfulness.  One-to-one sessions are available on request.

To celebrate Summer I'm planning some outdoor Mindfulness Sessions (they will be dependent on fair weather) so no pre-paying just let me know if you are coming along so you are not left behind!

Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat - Ischia

Kathy and Debbie will provide enjoyable sessions, which will be a blend of yoga, and mindfulness practices to stretch your body and expand your mind leaving you feeling uplifted, rejuvenated and chilled.
