Mindfulness Practices sessions on Wednesday Lunchtimes and Monday Evenings will recommence in September, please contact me for details.
My sessions consist of a combination of guided meditations, gentle stretching and breathing exercises to help you relax, rejuvenate and find inner peace. They are suitable for beginners as well as those already familiar with or practising mindfulness.
